Pedro Quintas (Lisbon, 1972). Lives and works in Lisbon.


The artist finished the advanced course in Visual Arts at Ar.Co art school in 2001 and has been regularly exhibiting his works - painting, photography and video, in several individual and collective exhibitions. 

From a various number of some exhibitions, we would like to mention: Síncronias – Artistas Portugueses na Colecção António Cachola, MEIAC - Museo Extremeño Iberoamericano de Arte Contemporaneo, Badajoz, curated by Isabel Pinto and Patricia Machado (2013); Entre memoria e arquivo, Berardo Collection, curated by Ruth Rosengarten (2013); Não te posso ver nem pintado, Berardo Collection, curated by Eric Corn (2008); Quel Air Clair ... - Works from the Collection Ar.Co, Galveias Palace, Lisbon, curated by Manuel Castro Caldas (2008); Drawings in the 3rd Century, National Society of Fine Arts, Lisbon, curated by João Pinharanda (2003). His work is represented in several public and private collections, including: Ar.Co - Center for Art and Visual Communication, Lisbon; Berardo Collection, Lisbon; Collection Antonio Cachola, Elvas; MAAT / EDP Collection, Lisbon.

The artist is currently represented by Galeria Fernando Santos, Porto.
